2% of the income tax
You can redirect 2% of the income tax to jmEvents, the organizer of EUROPAfest, Bucharest International JAZZ Competition and other cultural-artistic events dedicated to the large public. If you receive incomes from independent activities (PFA, liberal professions or incomes from cession of copyright rights), rents or agricultural activities, complete the Declaration 200 with the personal data and section III with the details of the entities to which you want to redirect the 2% from the due tax. 200 Declaration with the filling in instructions can be downloaded from the ANAF website.
The information you need in order to complete the declaration are: the full name of the non-profit entity, its fiscal indentification code and IBAN code. The sum representing 2% of the tax is not necessary to be completed, and it can be calculated and transferred by the fiscal authority. The form must be completed in caps, in two copies from which one remains to the contributors and submitted to the registration of the fiscal authority or it is sent to them through a recommended letter. If you receive incomes from salaries you will complete, in order to redirect the 2% of the income tax, the Declaration 230, with the same information - personal data and details of the non-profit organization, as described above.
The submitting deadline of the declarations 200 and 230 is 25 May 2013 for the incomes obtained in 2012.
